Beginners Block Course TROUGHOUT THE YEAR

Beginners class is open only to those who just started and for the first three months.

Monday at 6:00pm and Thursday at 6:00pm.

New Block will start Thursday 3 July.

Block courses are aimed to give people a broad introduction to capoeira angola. Classes will cover the physical and musical aspects, the cultural and historical background, and the ideas which make capoeira angola what it is. You will learn some of the movements in sequences for training and learn how to participate in the capoeira angola event, the roda (pronounced haw-dah). On conclusion of the course you are welcome to join regular classes.

Bring loose long trousers, t-shirt, soft flat soled andshoes.Course fee of $100 also allows you to attend the other Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday class within those 8 weeks.
